SimonMed overcharged me for a service on Nov.1, 2022 and after repeated attempts to resolve and repeatedly being told that a credit would be issued in **** business days, no credit has been issued. Calls to the call center repeat the script that the topic has been escalated and it will be **** business days. No one in the call center is available to resolve. This is unacceptable for a procedure that is approved through insurance and has costs to be charged upon arrival.

I have had no problems...at all..with the x-ray technicians nor with the staff at the front desks. They have been SUPERB! I have been to the SimonMed on ***************** and the one on ********. However, trying to get a CAT scan scheduled has been a MAJOR disaster. After speaking with a representative I am always transferred to someone else to do the "actual" schedulding. NO ONE EVER picks up the phone. And that is after trying three times yesterday and today!I even tried to do the on-line scheduling, which was recommended ... read more

I went for my abdomen CT in July at Simon med located in *************. I paid about $165.00 as my cost share responsibility and my insurance paid their part too. But in August my doctor called me stating reports by Simon Med were not giving them any conclusions and they filed an addendum. So I waited for my reports.I called Simon med in last week of August and asked if they sent addendum, of course they did not. I have an HSA with a 100% coinsurance after meeting the deductible. Simon Med collected payment of $439.35 at time of service on 2/1/23 and $914.16 at time of service on 2/8/23. However, due to the delay in claim submittal, I met my deductible prior to Simon Med submitting claims to my insurance carrier for payment. My insurance carrier has since paid 100% of all claims, including claims submitted for the services provided on 2/1/23 and 2/8/23. I am writing to complain about my experience with SimonMed *** done 6-26-2023. Location was the ************ facility, ******************************************************************************************** ** 85050.The radiologist, **********************************, who read the **** did a very poor, incomplete job with his 6-28-2023 report.I called SimonMed multiple times to complain & attempt to get a different radiologist to read the *** properly & do an addendum.Staff was uncaring & unhelpful with my complaint. Zero stars would be an amazing gift to these sub-humans. They lie, they lie, and when they are done lying, they lie more. ***** does NOT have a true open MRI, but they tell you that they do. This company should be out of business and the owners in jail! Frauds!

Told I owe for service thats 100% covered by my insurance. When I asked did you speak with my insurance or are you just taking what my deductible is. They admitted they dont verify with insurance they just look at the system and see what my deductible is. This is such a scam. Now I have to wait over 8 weeks to get reimbursed for something I should never have been charged.

If there was only a No Star.. trash patient service ..horrible phone service.. everyone speaks idk what language but can't understand half of them... lost my paper copy of my order for 4 different exams.. only reason I tried to use them today was for comparison images
