I was sent here on 12/9/2022 for an x-ray on my chest. The person at front desk told me she had to check if ***** was covered by them. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was told that they can take my insurance and my part owed was $34.74. A few weeks later on 1/23/2023 I received a bill to pay an additional $124.26 that I was out of network and not covered. Based off the other reviews on here it seems to be a common theme. My husband made an appointment to the facility where we were told they take his insurance and the day before the appointment they called us and said they don't take his insurance. ( He already rescheduled all his clients for this appointment) Then we rescheduled with other location where we were told they take his insurance. Terrible. They overcharge for co-pays and when advised, they drag any credit out for months. Use someone else!. Not worth a star. Would not give even one star but cannot post a review without it.

Been here several times. Deserve no stars. The staff are very nice but greedy for money. I gave them a doctor's ****** for what I needed done straight from my doctor and they looked at it and said that it was no good. They called my doctor and got what they wanted to add to the ******. They then told me that NOW I suddenly have a copay for $280. I was livid and told them why didn't they tell me that a month ago when I scheduled. I had a mammogram done a few months ago. They didnt verify my insurance until after the procedure was done. I now have close to a $1000 bill. Theyre out of network and my insurance company denied the claim. The radiographer needed me to do a technical repeat of one breast because the image was not great. Simonmed kept scheduling a diagnostic exam and ultrasound. I kept trying to get them to schedule the technical repeat because they cant bill me for that since the distorted image was their issue. If I could give a zero I would! The last three ***********s I have had I show up and something is either broke on equipment or someone called in sick and they couldn't do exam. They claimed they called me all 3 times. I never got a call. They claimed they called landline that I told them 3 times doesn't work and to delete number and put cell number in. I just had a angio CT to check for blood clots in lung last Friday. I called Monday to see if I could get copy of results for doctor's *********** on Thursday. I was told they... read more

Inefficient in every way. Had to contact them 3 times to even see my information in the patient portal. Took them 5 days to upload half of my X-rays so not able to follow up ***h my doctor *** the my fractured radius as he is awaiting the wrist studies. Expect the patient to do their job. I would never go there for a complex procedure. Their inefficient manner puts your life and health at risk. They are obviously understaffed and need to downsize and do things correctly. Stay away!!

You make an appointment and are told to be there 30 minutes early for paperwork. Then you end up still waiting an hour.

My husband went to SimonMed in *************. Since we did not meet our deductible, SimonMed charged him $999.34 for the procedure which he paid with a credit card. Our medical insurance paid the bill and he only owed $375.73. I have been trying to get the refund of $623 back for well over a month. Every time I call or email i am told that the refund has been approved. The money has never been refunded. I have been given transaction numbers; I have been assured that it will be refunded.
