Jai P and Dr. Colombo made what is an unpleasant experience/procedure (stereotactic breast biopsy) actually fun.The scheduling people (not the front desk ladies) could definitely use some work - I was scheduled over the phone, after multiple attempts and being hung up on repeatedly, for 11:30am and when I got to the actual facility And was sitting waiting for over 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
