I had a breast biopsy done and before the procedure, the tech explained to me that the biopsy would be performed with a needle. I was expecting a puncture hole which would leave a tiny mark. After the procedure, the doctor did not explain what happened during the procedure so when I removed my bandage, I saw 3 large areas that looked like cuts/scrapes and 1 puncture hole. Tech was good but was bilked by reception. Charged $180 for an ultrasound that carried a "no insurance" price of $105. When I brought this up to the office manager she just said "sorry" and would not resolve.
