I recommend SimonMed with reservations. The check-in process was awful. I had to stand in line forever until my back ached. Then, they questioned whether my supplemental Anthem BCBS insurance was valid. Did I look like someone trying to pass off invalid supplemental insurance with Medicare as my primary because of disability? Once taken back for the MRI everything was great. Wonderful, gentle, kind, efficient person conducting the test.

My doctor sent me there and said I be able to get in sooner. They had to rescheduled twice. When I got to the SW office I gave her my work order that included a chest X-ray but the couldn’t find it. I’ll never go there again’

Terrible billing practices. I have insurance. My insurance company has a contract amount with SimonMed. Why should I pay SimonMed double up front what my insurance contract rate is and then be responsible for collecting the money back that they owe me? Hundreds of dollars different. Every. Single. Time. It takes months for SimonMed to issue refunds and way too much time sitting on hold trying to get them to send the money.
