Unfortunately I Couldn’t go through with my MRI I have severe anxiety and I’m claustrophobic but the facility is really Stay And the staff is very friendly and very understanding to my situation I would recommend it and I’m hoping to try this again😊

If I could give zero stars, I would. My son needed an MRI of his shoulder, and the entire experience was a nightmare. I had specifically requested a late afternoon appointment so he would not miss school, since too many absences can cost him credits. His original appointment was scheduled for 4:45 pm on a Tuesday, which was perfect, but without a phone call I received multiple text messages moving it earlier, first to 4:15 pm and then to 2:15 pm, which would not work. Staff was great but calling to ask for a copy of my results was horrible. I was told I was being transferred to the facility but never got to speak to anyone. The guy put me on hold but it sounded like he put me on mute instead. I waited and waited until I just gave up.
