Called us for a Walk-In and then had no information on us......waited way too long to track down referral!

Continually lose my doctors orders, tell me an amount to pay up front, I have them call to verify with my insurance (which they say they previously verified) and get told an amount of half the price, get my insurance coverage statement saying I only owe half of that! And you have to call to get refunded! Today was the last straw when I got a $700 bill over the weekend and my insurance says I owe less than $100.... which I paid them more than that at the time of service.
