I always use Simon Med, however the wait was way to long. When you have to drink 32 Oz. of water before you go and have to wait over 45 minutes after your scheduled appt. That is not acceptable.
Staff were very nice and helpful. However, I booked on line and had a 3pm appt. When I got there, was told that computer wasn't working right and they did not have me on schedule. Had to make another appointment and return another day.
The technician was great and efficient. However, someone evidently over books your capabilities. I actually had to wait in the outer waiting room over two hours past my appointment time before I was taken back for the scan.
My visit was made pleasant and easy by the reception staff and the ladies who did my mammo and ultrasound. The lady that performed the mammo was particularly patient, answering all my questions and providing very good information.
Staff very helpful and customer friendly at site.
