Technician was very pleasant and efficient. She explained everything. When I got there. I also told here I was diabetic and I had some shakes. explained to the receptionist the time of my appointment and that I had been fasting over 12 hours. I asked if I could be taken on time. The receptionist spoke To the technician. I WAS taken on time. This time is was VERY PLEASED with Simon Med.
Kathy is one of the most friendliest & efficient technicians I have ever met. She makes a very gruelling process more tolerable than I’ve ever experienced at other facilities.
Very clean office. Staff was friendly and helpful.
