My mammogram experience is always seamless! When I check in 15 minutes before my appointment, I’m always leaving before my appointment time! The staff are friendly and professional.

These people were great as far as taking the images are concerned, I did have an appointment, however, and had to wait for at least 30 minutes after my appointment time, before they brought me back to do the CT scan. My doctor requested films of the CT scan. However, the location in surprise on Bell Road does not provide films. They only provide a CD. Out of five stars, I would rate my experience ****

I had an appointment earlier in the morning, receptionist was very friendly .My MRI attendee was very helpful in preparing me for it. gave me a cloth for my eyes, blanket as it was cold and pillow to support my arm. Ask me several times if I was doing ok. I then waited a short time for an X-ray. Again things went well, in less than one hour I was done and happy with everything..
The attendant was awesome, and there was little wait! I told the attendant I was claustrophobic, and he did everything to make me feel totally comfortable!!! There are LOUD noises and sounds throughout the short time, but they give you an emergency "button" to push if you need to speak to the attendant. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep!
I have gone to the surprise office on several occasions and have always received service in a timely manor by professionals. So much better than the sun city west office!

Upon arriving, the lobby was very dirty the furniture looks like they got it from Goodwill. But the technicians were very professional and did their job quickly with little or no pain. If they clean the place up a little, it would make a better impression.
