Annual Mammogram we showed up in plenty of time to sign in early they are always so busy I had pre-registered to make it easier. I was in there checked in taken care of so out the door 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Staff is friendly.
I give 3 stars. All to the back to the techs. Once you get into the back, the techs are phenomenal!! They treat you with sincere compassion. They are informative, quick, and highly professional. However the front office is a complete nightmare. I’ve been a patient for over 4 years and I have sadly needed a lot of mri’s and X-rays. PreCovid; there might be a line, but you were quickly checked in. I truly try to be understanding with the staffing issues since Covid, in every profession and business. I have had many studies done at their facility in Surprise,AZ and I was always happy with their staff and how I was treated. I do highly recommend them.
Staff very efficient and pleasant. Front desk needs help. Waited several minutes in line just to sign in.
