RecommendedI go to the Waterford Lakes office. All techs have been friendly amazing and efficient. The front staff needs some coaching. The young lady on the left always greets you with a smile and does 4 patients in the time the one in the middle does one. This is not an isolated incident. There was a line to the door and she was talking to a patient for the entire time the lady on the left took 4 patients. RecommendedYour onsite staff is wonderful and I have been pleased every time I go there. However, your billing department and policies are a disaster and NOT HONEST. Although your policy requires the patient to pay before the service has been provided, and you have a sign posted at the front desk saying that, when you get paid by the insurance and you are required to reimburse the patient, you take your sweet time to do so. RecommendedThe imaging equipment is top notch for bone density exam - so different than years ago. The tech said it was a new machine and even tells her positioning of the patient ! Also the front desk check in was pleasant. Main issue was calling the number to schedule the appointment/ I was put on hold off and on to find my record - however she was Hispanic and didn’t understand my last vane or my birth date / was spelling my name with a G instead of a J abd never set an appointment for me.
