RecommendedThe lady at the front desk and the technicians were wonderful and very accommodating of my needs. The issue I have with Simon Med is that I can't make an appointment ahead of time for x-rays. Because it's first come, first served I had to return a second day to get them. Also, it's difficult to make appointments or get information from a live person on line.
RecommendedEveryone there was wonderful. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I had to have several MRIs that lasted over 1 1/2 hours. I’m extremely claustrophobic and was in excruciating pain and the tech was so sweet trying to help with both. From there I had to have X-rays of my entire spine and hips. So the pain continues and gets worse. They also did what they could t help. Everything was scheduled and I went from one right into the other so I could be done as soon as possible and on my way home.
