Nothing fast going on here. They had my lap top for a week. Took it in on a Friday and got it back the next Friday. It needed a new fan, new hard drive, and an upgrade to windows 10. I worked as an I. T. work group manager for the U. S. Army and it does not take a week including ordering parts. RecommendedYes.....I got my Laptop back today!!! Soo much wrong...Had 2 bad viruses- battery ready to catch on FiRe...Yikes! Fan dead! Terrible customer service from the beginning, seemed like all they wanted was our money. Was referred to go here by the game store Mind Games in the same plaza, based on the fact that they could diagnose my ps3's problem for free, as it clearly stated in their brochure. However, they insisted that that is not how they conduct business as both employees persisted in telling me and my friend that they do not diagnose problems, they charge a flat fee of $89 to fix the problem and no fee if they don't know how to fix the problem... read more

We are not sure why you say we only want your money as we stated that if we can't fix your ps3 we don't charge you anything. You brought your ps3 in today for an issue regarding a yellow light and the system not turning on and we assume you would want it fixed.
