Ordered a bed (frame, headboard, and footboard) and paid in full the first week of January 2021. I was told it might go a little over the 12 weeks due to covid. I didnt start getting upset with them until 6 months down the road. We get told every month that it should be here next month. Now they are staying it should be here Jan 30th 2022. Which it still might not be here! This should not be legal.

I want to share what I should’ve listened to reviews about before I bought. Ashley Furniture’s inability to fill orders in a reasonable time frame is not worth any savings. It’s ridiculous, they claimed to be able to fill your order in a whopping 5 weeks but then continually push the delivery out. They give you no time frame so you have to take time off of work. It’s not worth it at all. I’m canceling my order.

Not recommended to anyone. I ordered furniture January 26, 2021. I still don’t have any of my furniture. I’ve called and I’ve gone by the store numerous times and don’t get answers. I’ve been promised call backs and don’t receive any. I’ve asked to talk to the store manager and they won’t give it to me. I paid over $2000 for 5 pieces of furniture. It’s been almost 6 months and nothing has been delivered yet! I wanted to cancel my order, but there is a 35% cancellation fee and the rest is given in the form of a gift card to..... read more

Did not receive my trundle bed as promised this past Saturday. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my 4 year old granddaughter. I was assured it would be delivered Saturday by the sales lady or else I would not have bought it there. I spoke to the person in charge on duty that day and was told it was not on the truck for delivery, obviously someone lied to me when I purchased it. I asked for a refund so I could purchase it somewhere else. Not possible since it was a sale price. Like what difference does that make? C... read more

I ordered a sectional from this location in January. I have still yet to receive the furniture I was assured that would be in by March. I called at the end of March and was told the furniture was in. Called to schedule a pick up and was told they had a new system and our furniture wasn’t actually in. Now I get a call and have been told multiple times that the furniture was in and I schedule to pick up. The day of pick up I get a text telling me it’s not actually in. This place is ran terribly. What a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I'VE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS FOR A BED FRAME & WHEN I CALL I JUST GET THE RUN AROUND! NOW I KNOW WHY THEY'RE NEVER BUSY THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE ( AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING) & THE MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Worst experience buying furniture. No real customer service. Had to repeatedly ask for an invoice/bill copy. Finally got that, but never got all of the furniture. Ordered in the 1st week of December 2020!!! It is now April 23, 2021 and one piece is still not in. That would be somewhat acceptable, but they have a no refund/return policy, AND if you cancel they charge a restocking fee for something they never had in the first place, and its seems very likely, they will never get in. Gave 1 star because 0 star isn't an option. My wife and I went to purchase a sectional. They had one that my wife and i liked and we placed our order. In the process of completing our order and paying for the sectional in full. We received a call from Ashley a few days later saying that we need to come back and run our payment again because our first attempt did not go through.
