I purchased 2 bedroom furniture from Ashley’s furniture home store in Cape Girardeau, MO in first week December 2020 . I was told that my furniture would arrive in 8-10 weeks and sales person checked in front of me to make sure they have inventory because I’m having housewarming and need furniture on time and I told the sales person if it’s one week or two week delay it’s fine but I have to have it no later than that. Ordered a entire living room set. Was told it would be here in 3 to 6 weeks, it is now 10 weeks later. Bad business service. I keep getting the run around that my recliner isn't ready. That has been said to me me for 2 weeks now. The company has there money and when I said I would just cancel my order they said there would be a 35% restocking charge. How can you charge someone when they haven't received anything? So not happy.

We have had the worst experience with this store , we ordered a full bedroom suit and living room suit from them . We got a call this morning that our furniture we have already waited on for 6 weeks will be delivered tomorrow but the sectional will only have 1 piece because THEY damaged the other piece in shipping and we now have to wait another 6 weeks to get the other piece , we explained we don't want just one piece just to keep that piece and send us the full sectional we requested and they said they will charge US a 45%... read more

I purchased a power glider/recliner loveseat on 6/29/19 based on the floor model in the store. When the item arrived it was picked up at the store along with my furniture I ordered. When my parents sat in the unit it would not glide at all. To top it off, the power cables that go from the unit to the wall were not with it so you could not recline it at all.
