Ordering online was simple, the installer stripped a lug nut of which I didn't find out until I had a flat. But then I needed to get 1 tire replaced under the road hazard, you can tell the service was like night and day. Road hazard was short and interruptive but Simple tire displayed willingness to help. Lastly, the shipping was over stated and under delivered...
When I purchased my tires the experience was great pricing was wonderful but I've got a flat tire and had warranty on it and it took me one week to get another tire so I had to drive around with a donut all week but overall everything else was great
