I was skeptical, but did my due diligence. At the end, I was impressed with the transaction. Emilia, from customer support, was one of the people I've ever spoken with. She did everything she could to help me and could not have been more professional. Thank you, Emilia. The shipping was very quick, as well. Unless a shop is having an 80% off sale when I need tires again, I'll be back.
Got great tires at a great price! I love that they offer a discount for active military and veterans as I am a military veteran. Only issue I had (and it wasn't a problem) was the shipping said that it was direct to me but that it was also being held at the local FedEx office. I called customer support and I was assured the mistake would be corrected before my tires arrived....AND IT WAS! My tires arrived right on time and we're exactly as pictured. I was told on the first call you called me to inform me you didn't have my tire size therefore I had to choose a different one. They are supposed to be some what cheaper , just waiting to see if that happens. Then you'll go to 5 stars because I enjoyed dealing with you guys. Thanks a bunch !

I thought the tires were supposed to be shipped out within 2 days it took 4 days after the tires were ordered. Could of got them quicker if I had used Sam's Club.
