FedeX deliver the tires, they had them taped together in a way that deformed the tire making them impossible to mount. I contacted Simple Tire, and spoke with Ashley Bartholomew I sent her via email pictures of the tires. Ashley was very apologetic she provided return labels and said she would send out another set of tires. I would like to Thank your company for having and employee of her caliber.
I had trouble logging in on my phone but seemed to be easier on the computer. Tires were right on time and my wife loves her new skins.

I liked the price. My problem was one tire arrived on Friday and the other three arrived Monday. I was notified via email that there was a problem with the shipment but no one could tell me what it was. The driver told my installer the other three tires would arrive on the next business day. I was never told.
Referred from a buddy. I ordered set of 4 tires for my daughters first car. Received 3 the next day but carrier marked as complete order delivered. Contacted Simpletire customer service and got appropriate response "tires are shipped individually and carrier shows complete order confirmed. Check area around and neighbors incase it got delivered to wrong location. Also possible tire will arrive in next few days" I waited 2 days and received nothing.
