Absolutely amazing experience, got military discount on already great priced tires, and delivery was the fastest and just all around best ever, I love tires they are more than I expected so if I could give. Implement tire a rating 1through 5, 1 being lowest 5 being best, I would give them an 7, seriously this is the only place to buy tires
Accessing phone number was a little tricky. However sales person was polite and knowledgeable. Multiple deliveries of one order to my home ,seemed like a waste of gas and resources. You could have just waited until all items were ready to ship, then send in one trip.
Finding the tires I wanted on the website was easy. Placing the order was difficult because the shipping/billing page was confusing. I was having the tires shipped to my mechanic. It wasn't clear whether my info (name, address, email, phone) or the mechanic's info should be entered. I called customer service and got some rather vague advice. In the end it worked out, but I wasn't confident it would.
This is not my first tire from Simple tires, I have bought Tractor tires before And was very happy with their service. Would recommend it to anyone. This time I bought 2 mud tires for my cattle feeding pickup. they were going to be a day late and I was emailed. So far outstanding to do business with.
They took the time to verify that the tires I needed were in stock before placing my order. Shipping was fast. Great job!!!
