I am sad to say that i will not be going back after years of going. While the staff is competent and Gina the hygienist is GREAT, they play fast and loose with their billing. Twice now, I have received a "surprise" bill months after service. They blame it on insurance, but this last time I gave them several weeks to check things out, I was in no hurry. I don't mind paying, I do mind receiving a credit and then months later anonymously being told give it back.

Have been a long time patient at this office. The dentist, Dr.Kessler, is wonderful and talented in his field. Since they rebranded to Smilist, their main focus is money. I went for cleaning and exam. Before I was seen, the front office came in with a treatment plan costing $560. I use to have their plan but since they rebranded themselves, they do not have this insurance. I told them that was an exorbitant price and left. Less than a week after making a negative review, cancelling my scheduled cleaning in February and telling them I did not want to reschedule, I received a text thanking me for scheduling my appointment for May of 2026. When I called the office I was told that it was just a reminder to make an appointment. Even though it gave me a specific date and time to show up which I definitely would have been charged for had I not been there. please, do not go here. they messed up my teeth, and I went to a different dentist who was shocked at how terrible the work they had done was. I cannot get a refund and now I have an extremely high bill and the office staff is useless and helping me with it. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. they have two stars for a reason.

Debbie working the front office was rude to me, I wanted my personal cell phone number removed from receiving notifications from them and was met with argument. It isn't a good quality to have in someone working the front desk interacting with clients. I don't need to be arguing with the front desk over nothing. I was having a nice day before this. The dentist I have is great and have no complaints, I am very disappointed by the front desk, you should know to be professional especially someone as experienced as Debbie.

I really don't want to give any stars but I had to give at least one star. 1. I was given a mouth guard the moved my jaw and broke one of my teeth. 2. I asked for explanation of my charges and it was explained but then I asked why I had to come every three months. I was told by the receptionist because I of years of neglect and not taking care of my mouth and teeth. Well, it is not years of neglect. The office manager was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. All I did was come in for a routine cleaning, no problems. She came into the room yelling at me saying I need to call my previous dentist to get old X-ray pictures (for some reason she wasn't capable of doing this herself) and said they are forcing me to pay for X-rays out of pocket, even though I have insurance and wasn't due for X-rays since I had them 6 months ago. Big mistake coming here. Avoid!

The worst dentist I have ever been to. First of all, they scheduled a 6 month cleaning for me without my permission and would have charged me for missing the appointment had I not called about something else unrelated. Second, they told me I had more cavities than I actually did and then didn't wait until I was numb to start filling them, and then the dentist got mad at me for reacting to the pain!!!! Now that im reading some of these reviews, my experience makes sense. I called the front desk staff over a $246.00 bill that I received dated 5/15/20 due by 9/6/20. I asked Debbie, the front desk clerk, when my last service date there was. She stated May of 2017. When asked why im just receiving a bill, she stated they got a new system and it is updating now on people who owe money. I asked when they got the new system, she stated 2016.
