Great customer service I arrived at the storage facility with a truck full of furniture just hoping a unit was available. One was! The gentleman there who assisted me (I wish I'd caught his name) at the Olive Rd./Davis Hwy location in Pensacola, Fl was incredibly helpful. The storage unit and overall facility is very clean and organized. I feel comfortable leaving my valuables there. I did forget a lock and this man promptly supplied me with one to use (lifesaver). I had no issues whatsoever getting my storage unit. The woman who helped me yesterday was every very good at explaining everything, and was very friendly. I do not remember her name but waned her efforts to be recognized.
Clean and friendly Fast service, welcome face, and very knowledgeable. Carts and freight elevator to move you up floors.
Great service Fast courteous service, clean facility, well lit, no bugs. Also said if we needed to change size of unit (up or down) they would happily assist.

Great customer service! Good prices! Nice space I did not end up getting the unit that I originally planned and thought I was going to get, but it worked out for the better because they were extremely helpful and were able to find me one a little larger and it didn't break my bank to rent it. The property is very clean and well-kept compared to other places I have been. :)
