Not as advertised Your website said there was a loading dock which was not the case. Also one of the elevators was broken and there was only 5 carts for the 3 story building.
Simply Storage called me to confirm my booking and talked me into upgrading to an 8x5 unit, For this they promised me a 50% discount for May. Now it is time to pay they have reneged on that deal and have hounded me for full payment. It is too late now as my college age son already has his stuff in there and is on his way to DC to stay with us. I would definitely not use this company or facility again as a matter of principle.
