About Our Facility In the northern part of Columbus, sitting beside Interstate 71 you’ll find our Clintonville storage facility at 810 East Cooke Road. From the Interstate, exit west onto East Cooke Road and head north on Indianola Avenue, turning right onto Cooke Road and following it over the railroad tracks until you reach East Cooke Road, which you’ll follow north until you spot our facility. With the interstate to the east and the train yard and tracks to the west, you can’t miss our fully fenced facility.

It was quick, easy, convenient, and gave me peace of mind. I feel my belongings stored in the storage unit are safe and secure, and I was very pleased with the experience as a whole.
Falicia was very friendly and helpful, made filling out paperwork a somewhat fun experience. I wish I'd had some more information before-hand, like the fact that you're supposed to have your own lock, but besides that it was a good first experience with a storage facility.
Lady was very nice. I was not happy that even though I rented for a month, I had to rent the rest of the previous month and then the entire next month.

Excellent customer service and security. Excellent customer service and is very secure. Easy to get to for campus storage. But I thought I was only paying for a month. Had to pay for all of August even though I was there for only 2 1/2 weeks. Didn't explain beforehand that it ran from the 1st to the 31st.
Overall, it was good but we only needed the storage unit for two weeks, between leases in the campus area. We moved in, in late July, which was prorated, but had to pay for all of August, which WAS NOT explained when we reserved over the phone. Only when we were there to sign the paperwork and it was too late to find something else, did we find this out.
Helpful and Courteous staff I am very impressed with the very friendly and helpful sstaff. The facility is clean and the move in was quick and easy. Would definitely use them again
