About Our Facility In the northern part of Columbus, sitting beside Interstate 71 you’ll find our Clintonville storage facility at 810 East Cooke Road. From the Interstate, exit west onto East Cooke Road and head north on Indianola Avenue, turning right onto Cooke Road and following it over the railroad tracks until you reach East Cooke Road, which you’ll follow north until you spot our facility. With the interstate to the east and the train yard and tracks to the west, you can’t miss our fully fenced facility.

Bring a measuring tape, donât get fooled by the employees on the dimensions Reserved a 5x8 unit and was shown to a 5x5. Was told it was 8 feet, despite the fact that I am 5ft tall and it was not wider or longer than my height. Had to upgrade to a 5x10 because Iâm pretty sure a legitimate 5x8 does not exist after looking at 3 more units.
Storage unit is dry and clean, customer service was no good! Was not greeted upon entry. They stopped serving me and started with another customer, said they try to serve people who âtake the least amount of timeâ first. So I had to wait longer while she helped others.
Tiffany was great but since 10/19 I have left 4 messages and sent 3 emails asking for the rate page she showed me, the one that shows how rates go up after a certain number of months. Also I looked at your website again and see nothing is mentioned about the mandatory $9 insurance. That should be more clearly explained.
Out to lunch I was extremely disappointed to find nobody there when I arrived at 12:20 and then saw "back at 1:00" sign on the door. Sat 40 minutes in my hourly rental truck. The mandatory $9 per month insurance charge should be disclosed up front - price was misleading.
I found an internet rate however once I filled out the paper work at the facility, they had to charge me $9 more a month for insurance because the unit we rented was near the railroad tracks. We did not have the option to waive the insurance. This should have been disclosed up front.
Unexpected charges I rented a space for a month, only used it for 3 days, then moved everything out and notified them of my departure within the month. Soon after, I received emails from them asking me to take a survey to tell them about my experience. I assumed everything was done, but 4 months later I got a notice from the collection agency saying I owed ~$170.
