great value and friendly staff Ed was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a smile immediately. He got all the paperwork squared away and showed me the facility, ensuring I knew how the gate and lock worked. I was able to inspect everything before I committed. It was a great rental experience and so far have had no issues with the facility.
Nice and clean Simply storage is simply the best, their units are clean and the facility is kept up well. Ed was very nice and answered every question I had, his customer service skills were on point. I would definitely recommend Simply storage to anyone with storage needs.
I was in a pinch but getting in was simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he conduct his work professionally, he was also personable. The units are very fair priced. The entire yard was clean and orderly. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs an affordable storage.ð

Great customer service. Easy process. Aaron and Ed at Simply Self were Simply Awesome. When you have a solid product and good deals you don't need to be "extra" in other areas. They were calm, quick, and made the process of gettinf a storage unit as simple as it couls be.
