Customer Care I was about to walk out and choose another place to rent storage but the attendant that day was so personal and caring. Not only did she treat me so well that I didn't walk out, I rented a unit and moved stuff in that weekend.
Decent despite inconsistent information The guy on the phone who made my reservation quoted me a certain price and it was locked in. When I went in person to sign up officially, there was an extra $10 monthly fee I wasn't informed of over the phone which is for security and it's mandatory. I was told over the phone that renter's insurance is mandatory but that was not true when I signed up in person. Inconsistent information is extremely frustrating. Thank you for making it easy to store our trailer. The space was easy to pull a trailer into without having to back up.
