Excellent customer service; impressed with the facility's amenities. Doug, the manager was busy but still gave excellent customer service: thorough instructions, paperwork processing and explaining all of the amenities: parking, gate code, directions to the unit, how to open and lock the unit. The facility itself is convenient, easily accessed, very clean, brightly lit, seeming safe, and will meet my needs very well. I also appreciated the 'free' first month! And the rates were competitive to others I considered.

Easy move in Easy to move in. Felt that customer service could of been a little more welcoming as not a single word was exchanged throughout the entire process. It was my first time renting a storage unit and I ended up getting more information from the other tenants than the person working.
