Customer service was great! Great customer service but facility seems disorganized
Highly recommend Very friendly and helpful staff, facility is clean and well stocked with supplies. I came to Indy on business to close an office. Before my arrival I called the facility and made a reservation over the phone. Once in town I presented to the location and was greeted by a staff member who was courteous and efficient. I was not the only customer in the lobby and she was quite attentive to everyone, making sure each of us were being attended to.
