From Dr Sims opening the front door for me, saying hello, good morning, how’re you, once inside at the front desk, receiving the same warm greeting, quick check in. Wait time was 15min or less. Robin his nurse is sharp, warm, personable, with excellent skill sets. Dr. Sims’ service was superb. Setting up an appointment was seamless and the office staff was very pleasant. I’d rate my overall experience as excellent.
