To Dr. Sims and Staff, Thank You very much for the Special Excellent Customer Service that all provided me on Wednesday November 16, 2022. My right foot toe was infected and Dr. Sims performed a great job scrapping away the infection and provided cleanup. The entire staff treated me like a Family Member which I greatly appreciate. This is a great office. Everyone is so nice and professional. Came in with an issue that I thought would sideline me from running. Instead, Dr. Sims came up with a plan that worked miracles- I finished a marathon! I highly recommend this medical practice!
Excellent. Wonderful professional, caring staff. Dr. Eric Sims is amazing, he listens, reviews and together the prefect/correct treatment is put in place. Dr. Sims does not suggest surgery unless surgery is absolutely necessary, how refreshing that is today.
My experience was very good .The Dr explained everything clearly and treated me on my first visit. I haven't had a problem since.
They provided me with a same day appointment!
