Completed all requested service items in a prompt manner. A video inspection of my vehicle was provided by the service department showing the checks made to brakes and underside of vehicle.

The finance staff doesn't seem to know what is required to submit to the financing institution, they lost documents already submitted and want additional documents but aren't specific on what is needed. Three trips back to the dealership hasn't been enough. Otherwise I have been quite satisfied with my experience there.

The truck that I had bought is beautiful and the salesman was great and did everything to help. But when the truck was taken to get its oil change. I noticed that the service crew was mistreating the truck. The burned-out coming out of the lot and hit the full throttle on the truck. Also they didn't tell me about some of the warnings that the truck had such as (check Suspension warning) (service 4wd) (service detection system).
