They could not fix my issue that they previously attempted to repair, including replacing all the sensors. Jorge Castro (the service manager would not return my calls) told the service rider Nathan Miller (great guy and very responsive) that they could not repair my car anymore and the diagnostics checked fine, even though the car was never test driven. When we bought this car from Sisbaro in 2022, the sales staff told us the vehicle was under warranty for 7 years. This was confirmed in an oil change with Nathan in the service department and said warranty would expire in early Oct 2025. Vehicle had intermittent check engine light go on and off, so I made an appointment in mid Sept. only to be informed the vehicle had a 4 year warranty. We will never buy again from this deceitful dealership.
