Great customer service from Scott! The break in oil broke up in the box and they sent out 6 more quarts right away. Have a little smoke coming out of the right breather but hopefully it clears up.
Very good customer service. I was able to communicate with the same rep. (Scott) anytime I had questions. He was very thorough in answering my questions too. Of course being in Hawaii there is that time difference of about 3 hours. I wanted to say thank you to Scott and Ryan there at S and J Engines for making it an easy transaction. Now just waiting for the motor to get here ( Hawaii ). Judy and Erik
I'm not super impressed so far. I'm on my second engine with top end noise - the first being the engine I initially purchased and the second being the engine after it was sent in for warranty. I have less than 800 miles between the engines and I have been without a vehicle for 2 months since this process started. My mechanic is calling, but the claims department seems to be slow to respond.
Need and Engine, S&J has the best Service, Warranty and Price.... Check them out for your engine need....
One thing I can say besides the fact their amazing product is they are 100% devoted to their employees as well as their costumers. There's something to be said for a company that is able to keep their employees happy, therefore their product comes out that much better knowing it was made with pride!
