Dr Carpenter was kind, informative, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting are was clean and uncrowded, it was a pleasant experience unlike Northridge. I also like that she gave me options of different products to use on my body and not a prescription. I will travel 30 minutes again as opposed to my 5 minute drive to Northridge
