Little problem filling out forms but it got straightened out right away. Friendly staff... Nice, patient Dr Leavitt- explained everything to me...approachable...

My first impression when I walked in the door the young ladies Larissa and Sandra were very attentive to my needs and answer my questions, Kelly was very nice and Dr. Carpenter was very kind, gentle and to the point but gave me the attention I needed. Thank you so much. I felt very comfortable in this office it was a great experience.
