they only care about money if they said they care about customer is not true i put my negative review in their website about my experience with them they replied immediately saying they will contact me to make it right Of Course No One called or do nothing very disappointed at the way i been treated at this location

They front desk disconnected the line when I’m talking to them. They sent medicine to another pharmacy even i told them to send to another one. They said they tried to talking to me and I didn’t answer, even I didn’t receive any call from them even they didn’t leave a message. I faxed the previous prescription to them and emailed it also and they said we didn’t receive.

Came to have a carcinoma completely removed only to be told I had to go To another skin solutions dermatologist in Hendersonville Tennessee. So I wasted half a days work and $40 for nothing. Oh wait. She did freeze one little spot below my eye. But ignored the other spot I wanted removed.

Didn't offer any immediate solutions for my daughter's skin conditions. Only suggested over the counter lotions. Didn't offer to freeze or remove any bumps that are all over her back and neck. Other dermatology offices have always removed them. She also uses a prescription lotion which wasn't offered either.

I called to make a full body check for both my husband and I. The appointments were scheduled for ten minutes apart. I questined them about the short time, since I was told it takes 30 minutes for a full body check-up. I was told that was the norm. After $80 for the co-pays, I was seen for a single spot on my neck & out of there in less than two minutes. Hubby did get what I scheduled us for.
