I called to make a full body check for both my husband and I. The appointments were scheduled for ten minutes apart. I questined them about the short time, since I was told it takes 30 minutes for a full body check-up. I was told that was the norm. After $80 for the co-pays, I was seen for a single spot on my neck & out of there in less than two minutes. Hubby did get what I scheduled us for. Bad customer service. Left message asking them to call back since their phone queue was an hour wait. They called back while I was unavailable. I call back and get put in the same queue. Wait for 40 minutes only to get a recording that says the person I am trying to reach is unavailable and I can’t even leave THEM a message. Go to the portal to change my appointment thus bypassing the interminable wait but you cannot change an appointment online. You have to call to do that. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
