Today I called twice regarding my skycap account, the gentleman who took my call was extremely polite, very helpful and solved my issue to my satisfaction. I give him a perfect score regarding our interaction.

I had an amount withdrew from my account for a service I did not apply for through SkyCap Financial, the representative I spoke too was very understand and stopped any transactions further from my account. I am happy with the outcome and got my problem resolved.
