I have been dealing with *** at skycap. She has been helpful for me. I was able to do some deferrals in my program. I did have one concern when i deferred my Last payment it showed up as a late payment on my credit report. *** looked into it and it was fixed right away. Very nice to deal with

They were helpful, just don't understand why the percentage rate they used is so high. I will contact them to find out when I have some time on my hands to call. Other than my concern on that, they are okay.
