Cannot get a hold of anyone after they start taking your money. No help at all
I have been a client since 2017 and about to finish my contract next year. I have phoned you I think twice to have my loan refinanced, but everytime I am not helped. I think I have already paid more than half of my loan, and never had missed payment. I understand your requirements on refinancing, but I also thought you have to consider the loyalty and the excellent payment history. This is my own personal experience with this company. I was ********* by a different company using SkyCap as there lender. *****************************. At first I thought it was a loan and then I found out that they send you a very cheap tablet and then take out a $2500 loan in your name. So you have this ****** tablet that is said to help you out with your finance (which it doesnt) so technically guys to make it super clear. this company states it is a 3rd party financier, but it collects debt first party and doesn't give the consumer and money for the loan it provides. It also states they have reported to ******* credit bureau and then claims that there is a back log at *******. in actual fact there is no back log.
Im glad i had found this business. I was wanting to better my score and it did go up. I would recommend to someone who needs to improve their credit score.

I'm happy with skycap financial. I appreciate the company to help build my credit, when my own bank can't. The representatives have helped me with changes of the dates of my account with no problems and are very polite. Thank you ***************.

these guys sent me a old school tablet and told me that this would build my credit. I was also told that they would build my credit and also that i could cancel the program a year later. when i told them that i wanted to cancel they told me i couldnt.
