Skycap financial are thieves!! They offered to advise me on what was to be a proposal towards my creditors and how I should deal with them and my credit I was sent a cheap lousy tablet that didn't even work and when it did work it was like having dial up internet!!! I never agreed to pay them a dime and they have placed my so called account into the credit bureau at a whopping $2345.00 as an open account showing that I've never made a payment which I haven't and never will give them a payment they never consulted me on anyth... read more

The item they sold me u can purchase in ******* for a fraction iof the price I tried to get out of this the day the bed arrived they refused , they took money out of my account twice in a month causing the first time a nsf because the money was not there I had spoken to a representative and was assured there would Be no issue , they then hit my account again when I had called again and spoke with them They told me my item would take a year to pay off now they have it down for three years 3700 for a roll up bed a single bed 7... read more
Quick and fairly easy approval process...BUT...I really hope everyone actually READS the documents sent to them.... I received an approval for $1500. $33 a month for 36 months...WITH their "insurance" which almost doubles the payment amount. I right away refused the insurance. Sounded good until I received the documents...after all of their "fees" and 39.9% interest...my Cost of Borrowing would be just over $1800..??? WHAT??? THAT'S INSANE!!! They never did tell me that I would have to pay the full amount of the loan if I canceled the contract. I never borrowed any money it was set up that I would pay $49 bi weekly but when I lost my job I couldn’t pay I contacted them but all I got was a rude customer service person and right away it was sent to a collection agency for a total of $7000.00 now I owe over 15,000.00 why are these guys getting off with this. worst experience ever with company they took my money and when i canceled my order they are not refunding my funds every time i call them the sales team answer is we will escalate your refund to our head team and they will refund it with in 2 to 3 business days never happened still going on for a month 30 day and no one is giving me proper answer do not deal with OMNI mattress its not worth it and SKYCAP FINANCIAL is another name of ********your money is in there CAP WHICH IS IN THE SKY TRY TO REACH IT
