The maintenance at... (Verified Renter) The maintenance at Skyhouse Dallas is superb. It offers great value for the price. My main concerns were the elevators being frequently broken and the crowd moving into the building during the final 6 months of my lease. When I first moved in, the crowd was much more professional compared to when I moved out.
