It' very convenient... (Verified Renter) It' very convenient to me because I work 4 minutes away, I don't like that there' no easy access to the parking garage from the apartment.
I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here! I have a great unit and essentially zero complaints. I do think there are some areas for improvement especially as we get closer to summer with the pool access and allowing residents to bring guests (why not just limit the overall capacity?), but I really do enjoy everything from the staff, to the cleanliness, to the location, and the convenience- I feel very welcome

Out of all... (Verified Renter) Out of all the properties we have seen, not only does Hanover Montrose has the best amenities and high-quality feeling, the leasing staff is fantastic.
