Valet (which I... (Verified Renter) Valet (which I do not use) adds an element of safety in the garage both for theft and security as is fantastic. Concierges are very friendly too.

Horrible Introduction I scheduled an appointment to view a unit with an agent. They were late and I decided to do a self guided tour. I was told after I paid for an application fee that all documents must be direct pdf downloads which I unfortunately could not accommodate. Any responses were copied and paste. Plus there was little to no attempt to help me, in which I finally pulled my application. While the property is nice and the everyday staff was great, I would not trust a complex where I can't trust the management offic... read more

Run greedy front office if your thinking of leasing pleare don't. Run as fast as you can. place looks nice but management is horrible. Elevator don't work your guaranteed to get stuck multiple times. If you like getting your car towed from your ow building and have extra $250 per day to get it out by all mean sign a lease. If you like getting your credit card stole from valet by all means sign a lease. If you expect service from from front office good luck. These spaces do have signage indicating as such, which is why your vehicle was towed. Too dirty, not... (Verified Renter) Too dirty, not enough cleaning is being done in the hallways, mezzanine storage level is full of maintenance materials in the walkways, old fridges, boxes etc. Elevators constantly out of order, window cleaning still not resolved after 3 months, still dirtly. Hardwood floors in the apartments very poor quality
It is horrible... (Verified Renter) It is horrible that I have to go all the way down at 5am in the morning to get the key to open the gym. This is a huge negative
Double booked me for a tour Operation didn't appear very well organized. I moved on to my next apartment search appointment.

I am in... (Verified Renter) I am in my 50's and before moving in I had not realized that these apartments seem to be more geared towards people 1/2 my age. I would not recommend these apartments to people my age but rather younger and/or party minded social types.
