In general, it's a good apartment complex. The only thing, we didn't know about construction noise being extremely loud from both sides of the complex. They start very early in the morning and continue all day long, even on a weekends. We live with small baby, so you can imagine how it can effect us.

Nice Place Very nice place to live. Property is quiet and tenants are friendly. Controlled access at all doors, elevators etc. so there has been no rift-raft creeping around. 24 hour concierge and valet service. Very safe place to live, within walking distance to River Oaks District. Prices are very low right now due to promotional offers. Hopefully they don't skyrocket after my lease ends or I'll be moving to one of the two dozen other brand new luxury properties in Houston.

Great Place To Live! I just moved in this month. So far, so good. This property is very clean and quiet. Materials and appliances are on par with what you'd expect from a modern luxury high-rise, in a premium part of town. The view is excellent from my unit, with its floor to ceiling windows. Common area and (2) swimming pools are on the 25th floor, offering an even better view. The gym has good equipment, which I don't really use because of a gym membership elsewhere. This property stays clean and well maintained. There is a 24-hour concierge service; all the concierges are very professional and nice. Leasing staff is also very tentative and friendly. The parking garage is not connected to the building. It is 7 stories high and fills up ~halfway during peak hours due to this property only being about 2/3 occupied at the moment. There is 24/7 valet parking for tenants. All the neighbors I've met have been very nice. I hope things stay the way they are!

We had a charity event in their penthouse lounge mid November and let me just say WOW! It was so beautiful and the staff really accommodated us! If I were looking for an apt to rent, I would definitely check this place out!

Absolutely love love love Sky House! I'm an event planner and represent numerous non profits in Houston. I recently hosted an event in the Sky Lounge Penthouse, all I can say is Amazing! The main Lounge really lends itself for an evening of entertaining or a Miami style pool party with two pools to choose from. There's ample space for Dj's and dancing. The sky view of Houston is spectacular from the Sky Lounge! The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The manager, Chris Prestigomo was fabulous to work with! I highly recommend Sky House as an exceptional property for Highrise living.
