He looks through everything in our house and gives us advice on how to do what in order to keep it working.
Last minute scheduled but he made it happened. Squeezed me in his schedule the very next day and got the report the very next morning. Everything was cleared and helpful
When he inspected the outside (roof & siding). He did not get a ladder to take a look at it. He stood from far and took pictures. Wether it is a old or new home everything should be inspected.
Business response:
Some roofs are too high or too steep to access safely. In these situations i step away from the home and use a 16x zoom lens on my Nikon camera to take detailed photographs of the roof so conditions can be seen. This is the best option when a roof is too high to access safely.
it was a fairly new house so the inspection went quickly but he did a good job looking for potential problems and found none.
