I was in need for an inspector. Right after I submitted my request through the web site, Scott phoned me and we got appointment set up. Service was great.
I was in need of my inspection over a holiday weekend and Scott offered me next day service. He was extremely helpful and provided a great report by the end of the following day. I would highly recommend Skyline Home Inspection to anyone!

Scott was on time. His report was detailed and he brought items to my attention that I didn't even think of. He provded both a hard copy and electronic copy along with photos and a great summary. He did a great job.
Fast, efficient, thorough and price was right. The inspector needed a particular tool bit to unscrew an electrical box to inspect the wiring. He offered and followed through with going to a hardware store for the appropriate bit, returning to the inspection property and finalizing the inspection. Upon completion I was given an inspection report, with a follow-up summary delivered by email. I would highly recommend Scott Davis as a home inspector.
Scott was patient to explain anything to me during his inspection. I really appreciate his professional service. I will refer my friends to him in future.
OUr inspection is tonight but as of now he has been up to date with all my questions and very easy to work with along with being competitve in pricing!
Scott was GREAT!!!!!!! He answered all of our questions, did a very thorough job, was very nice and was early I would recommend him to everyone including my friends and family.
