Everyone is very professional, polite. Wait time is minimal. I appreciate it.
Dr. Buckley and Grace were amazing. I never thought I would be a candidate for vision correction and every morning I wake up thinking I have my contacts in. Dr. Buckley was very attentive about my concerns and fears and I felt like Grace was my biggest cheerleader. She was the first face I saw after surgery and I will never forget that!
Dr. Chang was great however the staff if you mix the information regarding my insurance and at the end finally decided that they couldn't help me at all seems they wanted to push the more expensive items instead of what I could afford
Dr. Solano was AMAZING. So was his assistant, Laura. And the staff at reception desk was great too!! They took the time, asked and answered questions and had fantastic bedside manners. We WILL make the 3 hr drive again. The staff make it worth it.
I have seen Dr. Solano a few times for iritis and have been so pleased with his level of care and professionalism. Today, I went to the Union location and was very late due to going first to the wrong location (Briargate), then having to stop and nurse my 11-day-old newborn. I was so tired and frustrated by the time I arrived! Dr. Solano still made time to see me, and one staff member in particular was so kind - she worked hard to fit me in and did my initial eye-pressure checkup.
