Hard to get in when your doctor only works 3 days a week and your $$$$lasik didnt take. :(
The worst customer service ever I tried calling just to get my prescription number one they could even figure that out they couldn't even find my chart for two days and then finally they tell me I have to pay $40 to know what my prescription is worst customer service ever don't waste your time!!
Correction surgery lasted 2 1/2 years, during the check ups they were confused why one eye wasn't taking the surgery. Don't get me wrong it was the best feeling not to wear glasses for the first time in 26 years. Was told that most likely if I had the surgery again(during the 1st year check ups) it could fry my eyes. So went and got contacts and glasses again. 1k a year rental for the surgery. The Doctors are AWESOME! The retail side though is awful. Awful customer service. I needed to switch some samples of contacts. and on the third day of not hearing back, I went down there and was greeting by the man and he was really rude to find out I needed contacts. Amy came out and I switched samples. I called to order contacts left a message (again). Finally a call back and ordered. She said they would be in Thursday or Friday. It's Friday.
