He did an excellent wants and needs assessment. His approach helped me narrow down my selection to what has turned out to be a perfect mattress and bed. RecommendedAfter going to multiple local mattress stores and comparing prices and quality, Mattress Warehouse was unbeatable. The quality of their basic mattresses were not even comparable to the other stores and the prices were even better than the competitors! Tim and Dave were awesome sales guys. We even had an issue where we had to exchange the mattress we purchased, at no fault of Mattress Warehouse, and they were also great with that.
